Most Valvoline survey guides online are written by people who’ve never held a service invoice.
I found that out when I tried to find the Transaction ID on my own invoice after an oil change — three different sites described it differently, two had the wrong number of digits, and one pointed to a survey URL that had changed. None of them had actually done the survey themselves.
So I started testing them personally.
Every guide on this site begins with a real service invoice and a real visit to the survey page — not a rewrite of someone else’s article. I note exactly where the Transaction ID appears on the invoice, what format the entry field accepts, what the confirmation screen actually shows, and whether the coupon matches what’s being advertised. Then I publish that — and update it when something changes.
